CoSH TutorI’m Helena, founder of The Spirit Centre, with over 15 years of experience working with individuals and groups through drum healing, sacred drumming and Shamanic practice.
My work is informed by a lived and evolving Shamanic practice within the context of the modern Western world. Over the years, this path has deepened my understanding of the importance of connection, awareness and relationship with ourselves, the natural world and the wider dimensions of life. It is an approach grounded in personal experience, ongoing exploration and the integration of spiritual practice into everyday life. The sacred drum has been central to my journey and continues to inform both my personal practice and my work with others.
As a Drum Healing Tutor with the College of Sound Healing, I deliver training that combines practical learning with experiential exploration. My aim is to provide a supportive environment in which students can develop their understanding of drum healing, build confidence in their skills and discover their own authentic relationship with Drum.
Alongside my teaching, I work with individual clients, facilitate drum circles and drum birthing workshops and lead ceremonies and events. At the core of my offerings is work is the centre, the heart, and how we can appreciate and cultivate the divine force for healing and integrity. I have a very practical approach focused on first hand experience, discernment and self sovereignty.
