I came to sound therapy through personal experience and a deep connection to the power of sound. I trained in gong, rattle, bowls, voice and drum as well as multi instrument sound healing. I completed my womb healer practitioner training in 2024, a technique based in ritual and sound, including the drum. These experiences with the therapeutic use of sound have shaped the way that I work, and they feel like natural extensions of what I have always been drawn to: working with the body as a place of knowing how to heal.
Sound for me is incredibly healing, this comes through music, and having my own sound therapy and gong baths, as well as having the honour of providing sound healing to others.
